Harrison Design created this residence in an early 19th-century English Regency style, drawing on inspiration from Sir John Soane’s London townhome and the work of noted Atlanta architect Philip Trammell Shutze. The absence of exterior ornamentation emphasizes the home’s scale, balance and proportion. Subtle details, such as the decorative design on the circular windows and iron railings, reinforce the orderly aesthetic of the Regency period. A floating staircase connects all three levels, brightened by light from multiple windows and transoms. Two loggias are tucked into wings of the house and act as outdoor rooms overlooking the pool.
