Although this private apartment soars above the Buckhead district of Atlanta, it feels like a stately residence because of the uncommon level of traditional detail and craftsmanship. The high rise’s dramatic, arched windows set an impressive tone for the apartment, which is matched by its meticulously wrought interior. The spacious public rooms—living room, formal dining room, library and kitchen—feel gracious and inviting. Coffered ceilings feature ornamental plaster and wood panels, and the dining room ceiling is subtly accented by cove lighting. Custom millwork includes cerused oak paneling in the living room and library. The interior’s warm neutral colors allow the city views to take centerstage.
