The modern design of this full-floor apartment juxtaposes the high rise’s traditional architecture. Its spatial organization and materials define the 3,700-sq. ft., two-bedroom loft with whimsical design elements and a clever use of space. The texture of rich wood paneling and bright color and art contrasts the primary palette of floor-to-ceiling glass, white walls and dark hardwood floors. Oversized pivot doors, an egg-shaped column with storage areas, and rolling ladders provide form and function. Sustainable materials and efficient technologies are integrated throughout the design, including reclaimed teak and LED cove lighting.
With the exception of just four apartments, the Modern and Interior studios designed the architecture and architectural finishes of all the residences in this luxury high rise condo-hotel.
