This Atlanta residence was designed to optimize its views of a historic golf course and city skyline beyond. Each floor has a terrace—one is even tucked under the roofline. The contemporary interiors have a slightly rough-hewn, industrial feel, with soft white walls complementing exposed brick, metal trim, walnut floors and abundant glass. Most of the first floor comprises a sweeping living space with two seating areas, open kitchen, and dining area with custom-designed furnishings and adjoining bar. A folding window wall system unites the living space with the expansive covered terrace.
