The love of nature inspired the design of this residence as well as its enchanting landscaping. Along with preserving many of the majestic live oaks on the property, the goal was to authentically correspond with the lush bay setting by using coastal plants and minimal lawn area. The stone pathway leading to the entry cuts through a composition of low-to-mid-height plants that is animated with flowering species, including Getty White Lily of the Nile, azalea and African iris. In back, the patio, which encircles a beautiful live oak, transitions to screen and covered porches for multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the transcendent setting and bay views.
