Our work on this active adult living development began as aesthetic exterior envelope consultant. It evolved to span programming and interior residence planning, interior design for the public spaces, and architecture and landscape architecture for the center’s pool and central courtyard. The interior finishings of the reception, living room and dining room, among other areas, establish a comfortable, engaging and sophisticated ambience. For the courtyard, work included landscape architecture and the design of the pavilion to enhance the community’s holistic environment.
