On the 50th floor, this modern, full-floor residence features abundant floor-to-ceiling windows that immerse the owners into the cityscape. The public area of the apartment is designed as a large, open space with only a few floating walls delineating the entertaining areas, while the private side is separated into individual quarters. An elevated, 800-sq. ft. mezzanine houses the mechanical room and black-box theater, maximizing the living space of the nearly 8,000-sq. ft., single-floor apartment.
