Overview:
Harrison Design Associates, Inc. (“Harrison Design,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses SMS messaging to communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers. By opting into our SMS services, you agree to the following terms.

Message Purpose and Frequency:

  • Employees receive messages related to office updates, meeting coordination, and supply requests.
  • Contractors and vendors receive messages regarding project updates, payment details, billing confirmations, and scheduling.
  • Customers may communicate with their project manager for project updates and scheduling.
  • The estimated monthly volume is 200 SMS/MMS messages, with an average of 1-2 messages per month per user. However, message frequency may vary.

Opt-In and Consent:
By opting into Harrison Design’s SMS service, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided. Users can opt-in via the following methods:

  • Texting START to our designated number.
  • Providing verbal consent during intake phone calls.
  • Signing contracts that include SMS communication consent.
  • Completing paper opt-in forms at our office.

Message and Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Check with your carrier for details on SMS fees.

Opt-Out Instructions:
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to our designated number. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
